Annual Elections

The annual election cycle begins on the fourth Thursday of September when the Nominating/Board Development Committee sends a mailing to all parcel owners to notify them of open board seats and the opportunity to submit names for consideration. The deadline for candidates to submit is 30 days following the written notification by 5:00 p.m. During the month of November, the N/BD Committee reviews applications of candidates submitted by the parcel owners. The slate of nominees as chosen by the N/BD Committee will be announced at the January Board Meeting for election at the Annual Meeting of the Hollywood Media District on the fourth Thursday in January.
