The 21-member, all-volunteer Board of Directors is made up of business owners and established professionals who are passionate about our neighborhood. They are responsible for making decisions on behalf of the Districts 350+ stakeholders. Board Members serve for a term of two (2) years and may be elected to consecutive terms without limitation.

At the Annual Meeting, Directors and Officers are elected each fall. Any property owner in good standing may apply for a seat on the Board of Directors. In addition to Board service, property owners in good standing (as well as representatives of a business or property within the BID) may serve on the Board.
