The Clean Team works 7 days a week to fulfill all routine and urgent service requests promptly.
Normal hours of operation are from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. Request and issues called in after 4:00 pm may not be able to be resolved until the next day.
Our Clean Team members have assigned routes covering the entire HMD BID. Within our district boundaries, the Clean Team provides the following services:
CLEAN TEAM SERVICES PROVIDED
- Sidewalk and Gutter Sweeping
- Bulky Items such as mattresses and furniture can be picked up on a limited, case by case basis
- Trash Removal
- Surface Cleaning and/or Painting
- Graffiti abatement
- Tree Wells and Planters
- Sidewalk Pressure Washing
TO MAKE A SERVICE REQUEST
Anyone can request HMD BID services within the BID boundaries. For cleanup requests involving personal belongings or bulky items, please contact City of Los Angeles | 311 Services.
When services are in operation, most requests to the BID Clean Team will be handled within a 24-hour period.
