Property owners will find useful this map created by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce outlining all development projects in the pipeline as an interesting glimpse into Hollywood’s continued revitalization. The map is interactive and allows you to search on different property types (eg. mixed use/residential, hotels, office). Further, it outlines at what stage they are in the development process (eg. proposed, under construction, etc). Several of these projects are within the Media District BID.
